I want to inform you about a recent increase in our shipping costs for all orders to the USA. This change is due to new U.S. government regulations that took effect on August 29, 2025. The U.S. has eliminated the "de minimis" exemption. This rule previously allowed low-value shipments to enter the country duty-free with minimal customs processing.

Impact on Shipping Costs

While our products are proudly made in Canada, this new policy requires every package to go through a full customs clearance process. This means additional fees for brokerage and administration that were not in place before. Unfortunately, these costs will affect our shipping rates.
